Terms and Conditions – 345win Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the 345win platform in any way, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account. Your continued use of 345win after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

4. Deposits

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes. • Funds deposited must be from a payment method registered in your own name.

• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without contacting 345win first will result in account suspension.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Before your first withdrawal is approved, your identity verification must be completed. This is a one-time process and withdrawals are smoother for all subsequent requests once verified.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes after approval. Bank transfers may take one to three working days depending on your bank. 345win does not guarantee processing times that fall outside our control due to third-party payment processing.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown at the withdrawal screen.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be cleared before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.

General bonus rules that apply across all 345win promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering is complete.

Live Casino games are operated by third-party providers whose studios and dealers operate independently of 345win. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by the platform, by support staff or by any player action outside the game mechanics.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game round, 345win will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation fairly. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, the stake for that round will be returned to your account. 345win's decision on disputed game outcomes is final after review.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 345win platform:

• Creating more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with any game or feature.
• Cheating, colluding with other players or exploiting software bugs for financial gain.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after clearing any active wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified PKR payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window.

14. Changes to These Terms
